The real reason as they why blacks are performing poorly, and are poorly educated, is because the mass of them live in areas where there is little to do other than be part of their gang culture. They aren't fathered. Their parents half of the time end up in jail or run away, simply because of lack of values instilled into them while they grow, the worldly perception of them and their environment create what they are.

How do we help them if our cities are poor though? The only real way is to educate them. Sadly our education is dominated by liberals in this generation, who make it impossible for them to rise above the crowd, they only learn enough to seek to blame others. Of course there are many who rise from the ashes of the neighborhoods they live in and soar like phoenixes... Just as whites who also live in such poor conditions and are similarly just as uneducated or taught simple doctrine that brings them into a biased liberal mindset..

What we need is another golden age where America can afford to help the education system revise itself, so that schools in cities, towns, and neighborhoods that are not in good shape become good. We need a dissolution of the current teachers union which allows bad teachers to teach shit or not teach t all. We need cities to invest into neighborhoods...

We need a lot of change, and most of it isn't in how we view each other. Most of it is our basic education, and the availability of good education to all.

Fool, rearing of the young has always been an important thing to do no matter what time or culture we speak of, or animal for that matter. Free education is super important up until middle school, if we reevaluate the pacing and structure of our education system, as well as looking at high school as a step between college and apprenticeships. Of course, it is free via taxes.
