One of Obama's appointees has made one of the most sweeping orders in the history of the internet, ordering every single ISP, VPN, DNS service, web designer, advertising service, web host, CDN and even banks to block access and services to a list of websites of accused of being piracy platforms, three Israeli sites. Then slapped them with millions in fines and pre-judgment interest, with none of the parties being involved in the suit or defending themselves, all plainly outside of US jurisdiction. Her order applies to basically everyone involved with the internet in the US, so by posting a link to their website on d2jsp I would be in violation of her order.
Setting a precedent in a completely one-sided decision with zero pushback, blatantly violating the constitution and all protections for freedom of association and publication.
By having this kind of precedent set, future judges will be empowered to take similar actions.

A local story that shows how dysfunctional the bureaucracy and government's social protections really are.
A few days ago a mother was arrested driving around with her son she had murdered shoved into the trunk and dripping blood.
The boy's father had previously been in a custody dispute with her, and had been a law abiding business owner and good upstanding citizen capable of taking care of the boy. The mother was a drug addled psychopath with a history of mental illness and crime and a self-described feminist activist. She refused to get mental health treatment and kept racking up infractions and citations for drugs, theft and auto violations. The DPS received litanies of complaints and suspicions from school officials, neighbors, social workers, etc pointing to how she was abusing the child. During the past few months she had gained temporary custody of him, the child dramatically altered his behavior at school- a boy who had been completely normal before became violent and erratic. He started speaking like a baby, stuttering, attacking other children, etc, while the mother rapidly changed homes multiple times in just those few months. Despite all the red flags, she was awarded sole custody of the child by virtue of being his biological mother and the father's case dismissed. And less than two weeks later, she murdered the kid.

The witnesses who confronted her just described a grisly scene and blood and gore dripping from her trunk. I'm guessing the "up to 9 times" is based on 9 spent shell casings, else she clearly pulverized him beyond the point they could tell
