The Democratic party this past week resembles a Demon in anger while being exorcised, and its influence removed from the country and its constitutions. The depravity and lowness will only grow as their corruption of the judicial branch is reversed and they realize their end is near. The right wants simply the best justice available while the left sees the supreme court as a vehicle to implement its agenda even though their agenda is unconstitutional. The legislative branch is the proper branch to enact agenda but they know they will never convince a majority to pass their terrible ideas in congress so now they slither.

What an accurate description... A demon in the process of being exorcised. Excellent.

The left, however sees the SC as a detriment to their latest political methodology... let's sue everyone that doesn't think like we do.

The right simply wants back-alley abortions and unlimited, untraceable money flow to politicians and the skimpiest healthcare plans possible while the left sees the supreme court as a vehicle to implement its agenda even though their agenda is perfectly reasonable. The legislative branch is the proper branch to enact agenda but they know they will never convince a majority to pass their terrible ideas in congress so now they slither.

The Right wants the youngest, most Conservative justice they can put on the court. Not necessarily the best, but good and qualified enough to make it through the confirmation process. Kavanaugh is young, he's conservative, he's qualified, but it's not unreasonable to fully vet a lifetime appointee to the highest court in the land.

If you want to talk about depravity and lowness regarding the SCOTUS nomination process, look no further than Mitch McConnell and the GOP refusing to hold a hearing for a qualified candidate and then nuking the filibuster to confirm their own pick.

As far as Liberal vs Conservative justices, both seem to vote based off their personal beliefs in the landmark cases rather than interpret the Constitution. Why else would the GOP fight so hard to keep Garland off the court and have their own pick? Everyone knows it's a political court. Don't pretend the GOP just wants the 'best' justice available.

Lastly, Conservatives aren't any more loyal to the Constitution than Liberals. Originalism and textualism aren't even philosophically compatible and many of the current justices refer to themselves as both. It's total nonsense.

Thats self projection because they didnt vote the way you wanted to. Youre probably the same idiot who argues about "money in politics" but Mitch was just enacting the will of his voters by BTFO'ing Merrick Shitstain

Your landmark cases remark is a lie. Read a real news source for his rulings
