Mass numbers of crops were simply plowed back into the soil because the supply chain was broken. Farmers could not sell their crops. Crops could not be shipped overseas. The food doesn't exist that hundreds of millions worldwide (most especially in nations with relatively low amounts of reliable farmland) rely on to eat.

Who pays the people who build the bus? Who pays the people who maintain and repair the bus? Who pays the people who drive the bus? Who pays for the fuel for the bus?

I mean, typically one ticket lasts for a couple hours in bus systems, so it sounds like they were fucking with you. But "free"? How? There are costs associated with buses. Who do you want to steal from to cover those costs so that you get "free" transportation?
