CNN, lmao they seemed to have no issue with her weight gain being a topic back in 1997:

NEW YORK (CNN) -- When Alicia Machado of Venezuela was named Miss Universe nine months ago, no one could accuse her of being the size of the universe. But as her universe expanded, so did she, putting on nearly 60 pounds....
Rumors also surfaced that she might be forced to give up her Miss Universe crown...
But Trump, as co-owner of rights to the pageant, said he would never let that happen.
Why do you think any of that is important here? I see his top surrogates and even his disgraced ex-campaign manager who's still shilling for him on CNN (absolutely the most pathetic hire in the history of broadcast journalism) trying to justify Trump's comments and further attack her, and now dredge up elements of her past to go full-on character assassination; it's hilarious how badly they've misjudged this. The issue is that Trump called the woman "Miss Piggy" and "Miss Housekeeping." There isn't a justification for Trump's comments, in this or any of the other
hundred instances where he's said something indefensible.
That his campaign is trying to justify his insults by noting her weight gain or anything else about her in the past... these idiots. I don't know how on Earth I got so lucky as to have so many clients share a ballot with this moron, regardless if he could somehow find a way to convince enough
other morons to vote him into the White House, but holy shit this is the stuff of dreams coming true.
