I do. I see a badass statue making fun of religion. I seen an old pagan symbol and it makes me happy. Paganism was just pre-christian, and we're now post-christian. American christianity isn't actual christianity. It is a hedonistic individualistic feel good social group with built in discriminations that thinks it gets to pick and choose which parts of creation to accept. They deify themselves and then use the Big Other to justify their own prejudices.

There are okay religions out there, and they work for some people in dealing with the reality of existential nihilism, but monotheism is probably the idea that has killed more people than any other idea in history. Its up there with communism, fascism, capitalism, and the concept of aristocracy, all the good governing systems lol.

All this mythology has no place in modern government.
