as you know, i love the police, im very pro police, ok? and the truth is we all need them and they do a fantastic job. but you look at whats happening in chicago, you look at whats happening all over the place, and there's a tremendous amount of crime - a tremendous amount. im talking to a lot of people, very smart people, who have good ways to stop this big problem. when i went to chicago i talked to a police officer. i said how can you fix this? there's terrible things happening. he said to me - you know what he said? he said; 'mr trump, give me 1 week and i can do it'.

how can the remaining 70.9% not see the light?

If Trump got 20.1% of the Black vote, that would be incredible for a Republican.

Democrats have received an average of 88.15% of the Black vote in the 13 Presidential elections since 1964, including 90% or higher in 3 of the past 4 elections (88% in 2004).

If Trump pulls 20% of the Black vote in November, I don't see how he loses this election. That would likely net him wins in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, and possibly Ohio & Michigan.

That all said, I don't think that's happening.
