No the answer isn't balanced, let us get to the basics.
If you clearly state that "mask builds up moisture", that means you agree that germs/droplets exist in the air.
In that case, you would be breathing in germs/droplets when you are out without a mask.

wearing the mask itself is bad for you even during the initial 15 20 min mark assuming its even a new clean and dry one. so whats the balance? you are trying to ignore part of the equation. people wear the same mask hours and hours and hours for days and days and days and its gross.

Masks should be replaced when wet or damaged, you give the assumption that people wear their masks for prolonged periods of time even if they are damaged somehow. When I mention about mask wearing, I am talking about correctly wearing them.
From your previous replies, you have already stated that there are germs/droplets in the air that will contaminate the mask. Given that, I don't know why we are still arguing about this, it is clear that you have admitted that we will breathe germs/droplets anyhow.

But it is fine, let me change the question, what happens after you breathe in germs/droplets?

Or more specifically droplets with COVID?

Our area has some of the lowest numbers in the world, and a very low percentage of us don't wear the masks. The ones who don't like wearing them sound just like you though. "Wahhh"

our numbers are one of the worse and mask have been mandatory since like June 2020, we had lockdowns, we still have a curfew, we still have most shit closed, etc...
So yeah masks and other measures are pointless.
