Are they going to simply try to ignore it and pretend Trump never said it?
Are they going to try to double down and lie on Omar's behalf and launch it as an attack against him, accusing him of islamophobia?
Are they going to tell the truth? lmao nevermind

They'll go for option 1. They know it's true, so they cant tell the truth (would hurt their agenda) or double down on it (high probability it wouldl fall back on them, thus too risky).
And the impeachment story gives them the perfect cover for just ignoring the Omar-married-her-brother story anyway.

I'm kinda curious if I'll keep racking up social media bans by discussing it now that Trump's pushed it mainstream
I think #1 is going to turn out right. Its been 40 minutes and not a single news headline about "Trump accuses Ilhan Omar of marrying her brother in islamophobic smear"
