question still remains why isnt there an eclectic system that acts as a fail safe so that somebody will see the issue and resolve it real time.

holding people accountable is good, but the same thing will happen if its a bad structure, seems to me that 1 person cant be at fault for a monumental security error unless she was there ground level telling them not to take the security precautions.

Are you talking about Trump paying tribute to a fallen Fire Chief or detailing the assassination attempt. Where is the rant? I haven't even heard a rant angle from NPR, just a lot of pondering bout the Union Boss that was keynote at RNC.
