This is a really terrible opinion, one that RBG would be appalled to read. Scalia thoroughly dominated a court of intellectual heavyweights over a period of decades. I can't think of anyone with any substance who holds the opinion you do.
We have Scalia's opinion, now the law of the land, written clear as day. Post a rebuttal or exit the thread.
https://lapa.princeton.edu/content/justice-contradictions-antonin-scalia-and-politics-disruptionLiterally takes two seconds to google scathing critiques from heavy hitters in the law field on Scalia's contradictions.
He was notorious for it and the fact that you aren't even aware of it shows how little you actually know about the criticisms of the court. Scalia being chalk full of contradictions in his opinions is like entry level material on the subject as far as the modern supreme court goes.
Almost like you're just insanely dishonest or something.
