I am very well aware of this entire scenario. I never asserted anything you just said I did. I stated the fact that he pointed a gun at a woman, pulled the trigger, killed her with one bullet, and faced zero consequences besides having to pay money.

For some reason you are still bending into a pretzel to relieve him from any responsibility for ending a woman’s life.

I used the word murderous. Meaning capable of or intending to murder.

If we are talking about tragic work place accidents and definitions of murder, I’d like to point out Derek chauvin was convicted of first degree murder for a tragic work place accident. Every witness brought to trial on the subject said he followed his training and was actually allowed to use more force than he did. Tragic accident with severe consequences

Maybe look up the definition of first degree murder?

Why does a rich celebrity get away without even being charged of a crime. Negligible homicides? Manslaughter?

Chauvin was not convicted of 1st degree murder. Hell, he was never even charged with 1st degree murder. The "felony murder" doctrine in Minnesota was used to charge with unintentional 2nd degree murder (death resulting from the commission of felony assault).

People really need to learn things before spouting BS on the Internet.

As for liability:
