Idk what your beef is with white people they are doing okay I think. From my experience the groups that really are lacking in the corporate world and academia are the hispanics and blacks, especially blacks... I started a new role recently and they had a shout out to new joiners. It was literally like 50% Indian, 30% white and like 15+% south American Hispanics and other immigrant groups. Many immigrants in this country, especially 2nd generation immigrants are pushed by their parents with a drive that's really unparalleled by the natives. You know what the problem truly is? Comfort has made many Americans complacent. No, many of us in the US don't know what the real world is like and we live lives that reflect it.
White and black culture are inferior cultures and it's causing decline in America. The only white people who can pull their weight are Jews and it's because they push their children to be highly educated. I think if we pushed our children harder like Asians and Jews do, we'd be much better off.
Your organization is pretty typical in the STEM world. White people are a minority and don't have the required skills to succeed.
