This is reason enough to dismiss the fact that nothing excuses violent criminals and they should remain in prison. You are literally telling me I cannot speak on an obvious moral issue because I don’t quite understand exactly how many generations ago bad things happened to native Americans in Canada. Once again, I do not give any shits about when, where or why oppression happened when it comes to things like this. If you are a violent criminal, you belong in prison. That is it. I don’t need a degree in critical theory to understand right from wrong and why the justice system exists.
