No fighting an armed conflict against a tyrannical gov't would include the military. You think the MIB are coming to control the US?

I don't want to get into the realm of hypotheticals but: at the present, the likelihood of the government mobilizing the military on Americans is low. However, the situation might change soon. I believe the government is actively recruiting minorities, especially illegals (who are mostly Mexicans or other South Americans), into the armed forces. This is so that they will have military personnel who feel no qualms about opening fire on Americans.

Red Flag laws are dangerous.
Example: You have an argument with a spouce or partner and they call the cops. Telling them that you own firearms and are saying strange things. Now the police after contacting a judge, show up and either have a knock or no knock warrant to seize your firearms. . . You fill in the rest.

Banning specific parts of a firearm is a slippery slope.
Once they are able to start banning specific parts they can then begin to deem other parts be banned or require registration. A hand grip, a trigger, etc
