That's not circular logic because my conclusion is based on,
1. We have evidence for apparently designed structures and processes (buildings, video games, computers, etc.) that we know are in fact designed.
2. We have no evidence for apparently designed structures and processes that are in fact not designed.
I disagree with #2. The rock in my yard looks designed but wasn't.
We can also set up total random scenarios and get things that look intentional out of them, purely by random chance. If I flip a coin enough times I'll get heads 10 times in a row. Doesn't mean I intended to do that or somehow designed the coin to get heads.
