Great, but swimming pool is a one full single service, so digging a hole is not enough if you want to have it working.

Yea you are probably right. But I am actually a lazy fuck. I try to have less work but somehow it always finds me. I work with a land developer mostly and we got over 20 subdivisions to complete it just never ends.

To clarify so you are not confused. I used to manage the shoring/concrete and excavation part. I now manage from framing to turning over the keys.( Drywall/cabinets/tile/flooring/painting/doors etc)
easier now?

And every fucking person that works for us.. get paid leave/sick time/maternity/vacation/40% matching 401K/yearly bonus.
Because the guy that owns the company is a smart mother fucker that knows how to treat people AND run a company. He actually enjoys helping people, and spends ZERO fucking time bitching about it
