We've already got Democrats threatening to pass laws against guns using the logic created by Texas abortion ban.

This is why you should maybe respect the process and not play in bad faith. It can be turned against you pretty easily.


Personally I hope Democrats use every dirty trick in the book for the forseeable future. Republicans need to have their bad faith punished instead of "you go low we go high". When one party goes low and the other goes high, the party that goes low wins every time.
