Show them the surroundings and enviroment.
Then show them the air footage of the parking ambush by Rosenbaum, then chase.

Ask them who is the person in danger here please point them out.

I'll bet you 99% of them point to Kyle.


Actually remove all doubt, just show them the air footage and ask them who's in danger.

Yes literally evertyhing the prosecution ahs said so far is a blatant case for self defense, thank you!

They explained literally that the people there wanted to cause him harm and acted on it. What more to self defense is there?
Whether you agree if he had aright to have a gun there or not is a separate issue - the matter is - now that he was in that situation, was he genuinely fearful for his life and well being? The answer is clearly yes, with people attacking him and pointing firearms at him and yelling "KILL HIM" and "SHOOT HIM".

He likely will end up with some gun charges, but nothing related to the actual incident of the shooting (Which was entirely justified)


i lot of people seem to think im saying a skateboard isnt a deadly weapon. my point was that it was a thing the defense seemed too focused on, rather than countering the prosecution. it was like they thought the case hinged on the skateboard, when in reality he was already on the ground and likely couldnt even see the skateboard coming. the more crucial engagement is the mentally ill rapist chasing and attacking him, the man he shot first.

had he disarmed himself and stayed he'd not be on trial now, that rapist was unhinged. understandable why he didnt give the chaos, but still.

This, and I also think an attempt to call 911 would help his case.. He could easily shot any random skateboarder from the original spot.
If he had time to call his friend he had time to dial 911
