Ok it wasn't clear in the original post, but I just want to ask whether the jogger had entered into people's house/s illegally.

Also, I don't understand the need to point out the races of both the perps and the victim. It's almost like the OP is trying to inflame the readers: "look! Two white men killed a black man! Aren't you enraged?"

You probably saw that a black guy was killed by two white men and just automatically assumed that the latter were guilty.

????? Why did you point them out when quoting me? I certainly didn't point out race in my initial post.

They had no way of knowing he's on a crime spree. If you murder a random person and it turns out they were a rapist that doesn't mean you don't get in trouble for murdering a random person

What if they are not trying to murder someone, they are just trying to track him down so they can apprehend him and detain him till the cops come?

The OP wasn't very clear but I believe the two men weren't trying to kill the jogger, they just tried to go after him, and he turned violent, and that's why they shot him.

Turns violent. They ran him down with a pickup truck and one of them was carrying a shot gun.

If you're the person being run down by an unmarked vehicle and unmarked people holding guns your fight or flight is going to engage.

Any human being not hindered by brain damage would not be running down a person on the road with firearms on a hunch but no evidence that his person has committed petty crime.

Both individuals should be run from the courthouse down the road where they can be delivered the same justice they gave that individual. Seems fair enough to me.

I guess there isn't any video footage so we can only guess. I think it depends on whether the jogger truly perceived the two men as trying to kill him. I say that there exists the possibility that they were simply trying to catch him. They weren't trying to kill him. The fact they had a shot gun is also not proof that they had intention to harm the jogger.

Next time some people in a car follow you slowly down the street while pointing a gun at you, let us know how it goes.

I dont think you are getting what the difference is in our stances. I never said anything about killing random people. That makes you a criminal and you shouldn't get away with it.

The biggest difference between our view points are that I am arguing from the side of the victims while you are arguing from the side of criminals who got caught and somehow became the victim.

I get that you think my punishments are too harsh but there is a reason for that. If a criminal gets killed committing a crime(and no, jogging isn't a crime but running from the scene of the crime isn't jogging either) and you blame the people who stopped the crime instead of the criminal then crime will only get worse. Looks at the places in CA where they decriminalized stealing under a thousand dollars or something like that. Crime is now out of control but its not reflected in the numbers. Stores are closing down for good and some changing hours just to avoid having groups of looters come in and take everything. Antifa and blm burned down neighborhood and murdered over 40 people and were defended by half the country. They got worse.

Crimes require punishment. Since criminal sympathizers like you and many here keep demonizing good people stopping criminals while also defending the criminals right to commit crimes then people like me need to go the other direction and as hard as possible to try to counter the insanity you're offering.

If you want people like me to not shoot the criminals then you need to stop letting them get away with comminting crimes. It's that simple. Balls in your court. Either stop taking the side of the criminals or keep dealing with people like me who are willing to stop the criminals you refuse to

There was a witness who said they were threatening him and calling him a nigger while threatening a drive by shooting.

Do you have proof that the two men aimed their gun at the jogger though.

Don't go to other neighborhoods and commit crimes. Problem solved. No need to chase you down to detain you for your criminal actions

Yes there is.... What why are you here arguing when you havent looked at a thing. . There's a video where they tried running him down in the truck and buddy is out in the street with his shotgun.

hes trying to run around and buddy is in the street pointing a shot gun at him when he tries to engage and control the shot guns muzzle.
