If the cells already exist there's no reason to avoid using them. They are around, they are useful, and they will save lives. It only does damage to get rid of them. If you don't think we should allow it in the future then that's fine, but the ones that already exist aren't immoral to use. It's not like every time you split the flask you kill another baby.
