Rights are inherent (which is something that a lot of lefties have trouble comprehending). Any time they appear that they have been taken away, they are merely being trampled upon. Likely by a big government that you and people like you support.

Whether rights are inalienable is a philosophical question, it's not a legal one. What the constitution does or doesn't say, does not enter into the equation at all.

You don't get to determine what's reasonable or not.



Prove that by not being vaccinated that we are being irresponsible. And once you have done that, you need to prove that by being supposedly irresponsible that means you and your beloved big government can take away our rights/restrict our movements.

Has OSHA even mentioned how they plan to enforce their mandate? I know some corporations have sent out emails to employees telling them that they need to be vaccinated by November w/e. However, there are even more who haven't mentioned a single thing to their employees.
