No, but it would make Njaguar liable for content posted on the site, so if you were defamed, you would have D2jsp in your sight, and not just some anonymous user shit-posting on the internet.
But I don't think eliminating section 230 is the right move. There is a lot of middle ground between eliminating any and all protections and giving internet service providers blanket immunity.
