But by that reasoning you are also an immoral god since you decide what morality is and do not exercise your ability to stop pain from taking place.

The 3O God as you like to call Him, is not contradicted by the fact that eternal punishment exists or by the fact that there is what you perceive to be immoral suffering.
The 3Os are not an exhaustive list of the attributes of God. The often ignored attributes of God are He is Just, Righteous, and Holy.
Purgatory is an anti-biblical concept.
Your analogy of a drug addicted child is also in error since no child of God will go to Hell. The bad assumption is that all people are God’s children which is also in direct contradiction of the Bible.
3O God is the cause of all pain and suffering living things experience. People were cooked alive in bulls at his direction.
