The number of court cases doesn't matter. If one court case wins, its all over.
If you (or anyone in the media) were intelligent and were able to break down the cases as to why they were thrown out and which evidence was looked at. Then maybe we can draw some conclusions. But as it stands now, noone even knows what happened in those court cases or why.

libel cases and fraud cases arent the same.
and people say PV is truthful, because they're not proven libelous. that's a leap of faith and a misunderstanding of libel.
whereas in this case a lack of standing was used to dismiss cases, and in almost all of the other cases the only evidence presented in discovery were affidavits that didnt stand up to examination. basic misunderstandings of batch recounting, procedural steps in vote verification, signature verifications steps, etc.
