the fact that, now 2 full weeks removed from the election, Rudy and his team can not come up with an opening argument that even resembles the claims they put on paper is quite telling.

broad anecdotes and rambling misdirection isnt something you'll be held in contempt for, putting fraudulent allegations into case paperwork is. they went soft on the paperwork and are going to lambast until its thrown out to appease fanboys.

then they'll continue accusing from the sidelines, further villainize the court system that did its job, and gain a cult following in a media empire. its just more proof that if u have enough money u can sue anyone for anything you like, get your day in court and all.

My favorite cases have been along the lines of

"This person couldn't vote because the system said a ballot was already cast. She refused an investigation and refused to cast a provisional ballot. We are asking the court to throw out 800k ballots from this polling location because this was fishy"

its a list of allegations that are fairly silly. i think the media does itself a discredit here to simply right them off as baseless, rather they should repeatedly list the actual claims just to show they're silly. they have a base, allegations from GOP hardliners on the ground level that never would have said shit if trump won. but after the loss all of a sudden "they put ballots in a pile and i dont know why or if they were all trump voters but i suspect they were" is the allegation.

print it, word for word, block quote this shit in every article, make them look silly.

there was russian collusion. clearly laid out in the senate intelligence report. a senate committee that is controlled by republicans.

where do you get the whole "russia was a hoax" thing? from trump? its like you have no basis in reality. trump spews the stuff and you take it 100% at face value. trump is not an honest person. why are you using him as your source of news?
