Well yeah, it is the difference between negligence, manslaughter and murder, or no charge whatsoever if it was a true accident, which is pretty significant, lol.

And yes it does with speeding limits, because people who are driving are licensed and are aware that there are speed limits. If they don't know about them then they're breaking bigger laws of operating a vehicle with a license.

Its pretty important, so much so that it has to be proven in court for a crime to have occurred.

You must have missed the scenario I mentioned where there would be no charge whosoever if it was a true accident or the kid's fault.

In which there is no criminal intent or fault.

So if you mean a matter of degrees, between no punishment and execution, then it falls on the spectrum.

Nothing is official, though you may concede if you wish. I was planning on waiting until legal challenges are through and the Electoral College has met.

oooh! well umm okay then :blush: ! i know the requirements about the presidency and i agree ofc, i just didnt know the requirements for this bet :unsure: but okay then, lets wait for it to be official, whatever happens. must say i lost morale for the bet after that election. havent seen a bigger election fraud in my life and i live in serbia :wacko:

New wager! I'm looking for anyone wanting to wager whether Trump finishes his term. The internet (where everything is true), says he has a 92% chance of finishing his term, which is about 1-11.5 odds.

Anyone want to bet he finishes, at 10-1, my 100 vs your 1000, my doesn't finish, your finish?
