What kind of poor? Financially rich but intellectually dumb kids like we have now? Or intellectually smart but financially poor? I think we need less rich dumbass kids in positions of power.

Term limits would solve some of that, although its honestly not a big problem. Rich people are less than 5% of the population.

Whereas single mother hood (leading cause of poverty) and other poor people make a huge percentage. Makes it a much more significant problem. Poor people tend to get lower IQ's over time because the system encourages bad choices to choose bad partners, not raise their own kids, never get married. The two become one and the same eventually. The Democrats purposefully create a permanent slave underclass in this way.

I agree with you that poor people lacking education is a HUGE problem, that should be a top priority for any nation, especially now with the f-upped schooling and disparity in parents capability to assist the education. Having 'less' poor kids doesn't solve the root problem when leaders make terrible decisions for their constituents.
