'member Bork?

can’t believe Bork got his nomination torpedoed by that fat fucking slob, a permanently drunk, woman-killing and waitress-sandwich making failure of the family Teddy ‘the swimmer’ Kennedy (D)

"She just died? Wow. I didn't know that. You're telling me now for the first time. She led an amazing life. What else can you say? She was an amazing woman. Whether you agreed or not- she was an amazing woman, who led an amazing life. I am actually saddened to hear that, I am saddened to hear that. Thank you very much."

kinda find it odd he didn’t know of her imminent passing in advance, but glad he gave decent somber and praising remarks

If rowe vs wade is overturned abortion as a right will end up as a constitutional amendment guaranteed.

It won't be overturned. Republicans need it to be an issue to rally the base.

It's almost like Trump has a hand full of... trump cards.
After all the shyt he has put up with...he deserves it.

I don't think this is something Trump cares about. He outsources this stuff to the Federalist Society (which is an incredible organization).

which is a shame because multiple Republicans did vote for Kagan and Sotomayor when Pres Obama was in office. 63-37 for Kagan and 68-31 for Sotomayor

One democrat have voted for Kavanaugh (and zero will vote for the next nominee by Pres Trump). Hell even if he nominates Garland (D)s will continue to #resist

I agree that Dems politicize the courts more. Or at least they did prior to the Garland fiasco.

well they landed in Bemidji and gave a speech when the news broke, so he didn't hear until after the speech when he was walking back to the plane

dream scenario: Compromise of congress passes law guaranteeing a federal right to abortion that overrides state laws while roe v wade is overturned as unconstitutional overreach by the courts
realistic scenario: status quo continues indefinitely

The SPLC and ADL want to remind you that The Federalist Society is a racist hate terrorist group associated with white supremacists and boogaloo bois

I just can't fathom the dissonance of right-wingers who feel that Trump should be given time to make a nomination and have it be confirmed "so close" to an election while also defending the stonewalling Republicans did when Obama put Garland up with significantly more time before an election.

Absolute partisan hacks.

The left/Dems ALL said McConnell was wrong to say that. NOW they are gonna say Schumer was right to say that. LOL

Vegas odds: 100% chance the left/Dems are going to go bat-shyt crazy.

It is time for revenge. Democrats used to be the "when they go low, we go high" Party, which just meant they always lost. It's time to go low and dirty. If they don't, you'll know they are complicit in helping Trump while providing controlled opposition to pacify the left.

You just don't understand what it means to be a Republican. The only principle that matter is owning the libs. Once you look at everything through that lens, it all makes sense.

Do you folks hear yourselves? You are sitting here trying to blame the right for all the "dirty deeds" the left has been pulling. What's worse, is that you expect the right to buy it... too. LOL

Right-wingers in PaRD are surely a testament to this, you're right.

Some of us aren't partisan hacks and routinely and confidently call out the bullshit of both the left and right, Democrats and Republicans. Others, such as yourself...
