Shot 7 times at close range. Wasn't the original call request. Had no weapon (that i'm aware of).

Both parties should have done things differently. Only one side shot the other 7 times in the back while entering a vehicle with children.

Should have the guy complied better? of course. Could he have been going into his car for a deadly weapon - possibly but not probable.

Maybe the police should have used non lethal force - taser, pepper spray, etc.

No one deserved to die that day.

I'm generally on the side of the police in most instances.

Well you have one side looking to destroy a strip of business and the other standing in the way to protect it.

I wonder who is more unruly the people looking destroy or those looking to preserve the strip mall.
