One thing that sort of amazes me are people like Bolton who talk about how damaging Trump is for the country, how they hope he loses in November, but go on to say they can't vote for the Democrat. That sort of irrational hyper-partisanship is how a guy like Trump got elected in the first place.
The Bolton types need to pick a side. Either you're for pseudo-history, rampant historical revisionism (including but not limited to banning "white supremacist" statues of Jesus), widespread looting and rioting, Orwellian controls on public discourse, and never-ending witch-hunts for heretics to the latest secular dogma, or you aren't.
Inevitably, though, the conversation devolves into a meaningless back and forth about whether a few hundred thousand dollars was spent at the president's resort or whether or not Michael Flynn should spend the next decade in prison. In the grand scheme of things, it just doesn't matter.
