that said, i appreciate your effort to find sources (even thought they don't prove what you claim they prove, as you obviously haven't even bothered to read the introductory paragraphs about reporting and how those numbers are estimated), but again, you're completely missing the target here anyway - no one should excuse even just a single case of it, no matter which country the occur in. how do you not get that really simple point?
