Cost of Living index in my city is 81.3, so that $1200 for me is actually going to be close to $1500 for the average person.

Price Controls should be combined with the stimulus. Cap rent at $800 per month across the entire nation. Fuck landlords. Toss them to the lions for entertainment if they complain.
