that was 8 long years ago and yes he did, he absolutely smoked Paul Ryno.

I remember Ryno being hailed as this youthful policy wonk and then he went up there and tried to debate like a dork, stammering and trying to argue like he was reading the dictionary out loud. Biden just laughed at him the entire time and Ryno was easily defeated. It wasn’t even close.

Contrast that to the ‘16 VP debate where Pence was calm and measured and smirked at bit at Tim Kaine who was acting like a hyperactive chihuahua on caffine pills

The VP debates can’t win the election but it can certainly help lose it

Tim Kaine is one of the worst VP picks in history. He added absolutely NOTHING to Hillary's campaign.

I didnt watch the VP debate in 2012 - was Paul Ryan just a bad debater, or was his basic problem that he was promoting unpopular policies?

He just looked like an amateur next to a pro. A Representative next to a Senator.

Biden was calm, cool, ,funny, and knew his shit. Paul was nervous and he looked like someone who was about to debate a dude that was a senator for 30 years

for Ryno, think Ted Cruz but even more dorky and somehow more pretentious. This debate style works at a private school not when you’re going for the #2 job in government.

And tim kaine son got busted as a violent Antifa and nobody gave a shit because the second Hillary Clinton took her hand out of his ass and stopped using him as a puppet, he became a total nobody again. Yeah, Mike Pence earned his ride and every pundit saying Trump could replace him ignores how he will be formidable in that debate again.
