most of the land conservation has come from the right. i dont know why the "right hates the environment" memes get so much play. on one hand the right are backwoods livin gun hunters, and on the other they hate the environment. it's all a bit silly. lefties act like the prius they drive gives them exclusive rights to loving the environment.

Being green is expensive and nobody including taxpayers, want to pay for it.

We just want to say it because it sounds righteous but nobody actually wants to pony up the cash.

Hipsters do. they'll brag about how much their organic grocery bill is, all of the energy efficient controls they installed in their house are, and how much they spent on their already fuel efficient car to make it get an extra 5 mpg. All while unironically wearing 300$ jeans made in a chinese sweat shop and supply controlled by a multinational corporation who only releases a limited number to fleece idiots.

I imagine because most people on the right believe in individualism and adjust their own lifestyles accordingly if they believe in it.

Kind of like all the climate activists that take their private jets to their self fellating award shows to tell everyone how bad they are fucking up the environment.

at least celebs like Leo donate many millions to offset some of their tomfuckery. most hipsters wont even round up a $9.89 total for charity. "I vote for bernie, when he wins charity wont be needed anymore"...
