the tl;dr of your "plan" is that people being bombed by the USA, that have been bombed by the USA for decades in fact, should with words tell boys who's parents died to those bombs not to fight back. apply societal pressure in essence. but also they should find guns, from who knows where, to enforce this, while remaining nonviolent and peaceful (because you got rekt on the whole guns vs peaceful thing already and moved the goalposts).
