Obviously, THC is the vast majority of non-nicotine substances being vaped, but it's not the only one, and THC in and of itself didn't account for all cases. Vitamin E acetate does, as it can be used as a carrying fluid for all of those, including nicotine. The vast majority of regular nicotine vaping fluid doesn't use that, but rather water, propylene glycol, and/or vegetable glycerin.
