the "clean entry, clean exit" was in reference to time, not destruction. Hitler broke the barrier defense and waltzed in, and they didn't dig in their heels on the defense and retreated rather quickly. As compared to some other areas that Hitler tried harder to hold onto.

100% incorrect, I don't support a destructive campaign of syria, don't support drone attacks or airstrike only campaigns, didn't like the Lybia play by Obama, etc.
many of my fellow americans feel the same way, no one is propagandized on that. in fact Trump won in part by appealing to people tired of foreign wars.
