What's your favorite story in the Torah?

My last two lectures have been on the holocaust. Totally horrific shit but it did help just a little knowing that as bad as it was it did annoy Kyle.

I like the one where god commands a slave to go back to her master so she can bear his children.

What class is that for?

I read Auschwitz: A Doctor's Eyewitness Account a year or so ago, which was the account from Mengele's medical assistant(a Jew himself) at Aushwitz. Crazy stuff.

and no, just because you are discussing the 'old' testament, that does not mean you are discussing judaism.

you keep saying to read the bible, yet youre clearly unfamiliar with it. theres only one place that jesus is discussed in the jewish bible. thats deuteronomy ch 13:

1 Everything I command you that you shall be careful to do it. You shall neither add to it, nor subtract from it.
2 If there will arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of a dream, and he gives you a sign or a wonder,
3 and the sign or the wonder of which he spoke to you happens, [and he] says, "Let us go after other gods which you have not known, and let us worship them,"

judaism never accepted jesus, doesnt currently and never will. anything that accepts jesus is a form of christianity. thats, you know, kinda the definition of the word.

Jews do not follow the new testament.
