Even if you ignore carbon dating, geological evidence dating, and any other science, you still can't come up with one dinosaur being killed, captured, or photographed by a human.

Let's tackle this piece by piece:
Carbon dating- doesn't work beyond 40-50k years. Fail.
Geological evidence (rock layers) - Cannot be effectively dated directly through any known methods, by itself. Fail.
Dinosaurs being killed/captured- There are many ancient cultures that depict "dinosaur" like creatures in their artwork, and stories. All ancient cultures had "dragons" as part of their history. How did all them come up with this at the same time? Fail.
Dinosaurs photographed- FAIL. Seriously?

the problem is any type of "proof" will bethrown back at him because the scientific facts we commonly accept are only the best suited theories.

To explain fully, I mean that he thinks that since I can't show him a dinosaur being captured, killed, etc etc, that means that it never happened.

No, they are your world-view that you choose to believe over another! Do not confuse this for anything other than what it really is, you are indoctrinating others based upon your beliefs. There are other explanations, and "commonly accepted" is a misnomer. Cite your studies that contend what is and isn't common please, with the specific date, locations it encompassed, and questions asked.

But I'm asking for these scientific facts. You are not showing me the proof because I'll just throw it back? Why don't you start by showing me the proof, and I'll decide what I do with it.

you all just ask for "scientific facts" and question/deny the source because it is not completely correct and due to that you deny the whole theory because it does not cover the material completely and retort the negatives. amazing

I'm still waiting for them to even try and show their proof. I haven't seen it yet.
