He was a completely average, normal guy and another cog in a large system we voted for. You're so eager to justify murdering someone purely on some nebulous political argument that could stretch to gunning down anyone. Charlie Kirk's rhetoric killed hundreds of trans children by bullying them into suicide. Trump killed hundreds of brown people by defunding USAID. The pope killed hundreds of civilians in Ukraine by failing to make peace. Nancy Pelosi killed hundreds of unborn children by defending abortion. The CEO of Hormel Foods murdered hundreds of diabetics by selling Spam.

A hospital generally cannot refuse life-saving or emergency treatment to an uninsured patient, thanks to the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA). That includes treating cancer and other ailments too.
