We have lawsuits all the time on the basis of civil rights violations.

North Carolina specifically used demographic data to craft laws that would discriminate against black people. There are more, but in that case it was done "with surgical precision" in the judge's words in his ruling.

This just means people break these laws. It doesn't prove that these laws are racist on paper.



Maybe this is more proof that racism is an innate part of white people's psychological make-up. In which case, I think we should just let them peacefully separate from black people, for everyone's benefit.

Why do you keep saying anybody is being forced? You can leave if you want. Instead white people are such privileged pansies they want to force others away instead of taking personal responsibility and moving.

They are not necessarily forcing black people out of, say, their state. Maybe they just want to draw a line between the races. For example, a whites-only residential area, or a whites-only business. I would be fine with either. I hope this will stop your tears.

Go away if you don't like them. You don't have the right to force anybody else.

The issue isn't whether white people should be allowed to do those things. It's the fact that they would even contemplate such things in the first place. And this should really serve as a wake-up call to people like you. Maybe if you try and be honest for the first time in your life, you will see that white people want nothing to do with people of color.

Nope. White people aren't the problem. Racism is a natural part of the human condition, and you simply need to deal with this.

Nah, research has shown that growing up around diverse groups stops you from being racist. It's very much a sheltered white people problem, which we should solve with force.

Naw. It's not a problem. People like you simply can't cope. And it's fine that you want to initiate force. As long as white people are allowed to use force too, I have no problem with it.
