tear jerking cases

Might seem easy for some to write off elderly populations but let’s be real we are all getting older and >60 are or are very close to our own parents. Your parent or grandparent alone in a hospital with overwhelmed and stressed nursing staff is not where you want them to be. Majority of cases right now are household spread. Just 2-3 more months hopefully for vaccines at least for elderly. Hold out and do your part to encourage others to do the same.

yeah governors lock the elderly in nursing homes, forcefully ban any family from visiting so they’re miserable and lonely during the holidays meanwhile governors like newsom and cuomo are living the high life with zero fear of covid at all. it’s disgusting

don’t make it political homie

you need to protect nursing homes because as we are seeing, one person gets it there and 1/4 the nursing home ends up in the emergency room that is already at capacity. Mistakes will be made but I think we can certainly all attempt to do our part.

But yeah, it baffles my mind how they can have such high case numbers.


It doesnt surprise me, however, when the mortality rates are extra high in the boonies where only the elderly are left because all the young folks moved away, and where there's no good hospital infrastructure.
