It depends, does he have something in his hand? It’s really a tough situation because he could wrestle my gun from me and use it on me or other people. Time permitting I’d hopefully be able to draw, yell stop whatever you’re doing, and fire a warning shot at the ground near his legs. Most gun owners aren’t out for blood, I don’t wake up thinking man I’d love to shoot someone, I really just want to be left alone and allowed to die naturally haha.

Obviously it’s taken more seriously after that. I’d try to not shoot him but at the end of the day I’m not gonna go down so if he gets close enough and looks like he’s gonna follow through he’s getting shot and I’ll take my chances in court. I’m an atheist so I have no moral reservations about shooting someone, if it’s me or you, it’s gonna be you lol.

the reckless homicide charge is the one thats iffy, The intentional homicide and attempted homicide ones im 99% sure he'll easily get off on those. The video alone shows that hes being attacked by a mob. Idk if people will accept the argument of a random gunshot making you think your life is in danger part tho.
