It isn't easy when food has been weaponized against you.
It takes considerable effort and knowledge to not be unhealthy.
On top of that, most didn't even know to pay attention to what they eat.
They assume the FDA is there to protect them.
It used to be, but not any more.
Very little makes me sadder than seeing all the poison for sale in grocery stores.
Besides, all the personal attacks hurt your position.
Get more flies with honey, not vinegar and all that.
