I think it was India that had a decent solution to this - In order to vote - you get a super ink stamp that takes 48 hours to wash out - so this way you can't vote twice.
Having the stamp is an issue of pride ,not having the stamp means your opinion is useless and meaningless.

its relevant because there not being widespread voter fraud means the current system of voting is fine, i.e. without photo id. if anything its the electoral college shite that is fraud, like bush stealing an election.
