curious that we dont have a PARD thread on teh senate. essentially, trump being president wont matter if dems get the house and senate.

Wont matter this way round, since Dems are all but guaranteed to hold the House; and because Republicans will definitely hold the Senate if Trump wins reelection.
More interesting is the scenario where Biden wins by a slimmer than expected margin. In that case, Republicans have a sizable chance at holding the Senate, which would stymie Biden's agenda.
