this legally is anything but an open and shut case, unless you mean that the first person he killed was clearly in self defense as he was being chased and heard a gunshot from directly behind him seconds before he killed Rosenbaum.

again, you're implying that a court is a joke for not doing a trial that would be considered a travesty if it took 1 day. thats how they used to send black people to prison for life in the south on the conveyor belt of "justice".
