The bigger question might be if he can stay above 50% to avoid the runoff once the Atlanta vote is in.


The last I saw, the libertarian candidate was running about 2.3% That might be enough to force a runoff.

Yes, but none of the ballots in the room were damaged and they've resumed counting them. Just a delay.
