Right wing love to ignore facts, even when they are in front of their face. Hell, I had one even acknowledge he was disarmed, but then blamed him for being there with a gun, completely negating the 2nd amendment they all love to harp on about.

You can't save these cult members. Even republicans are split 50/50 on this... only the ones with TDS (Trump Devotion Syndrome) are the ones not accepting reality.

Here is what they are defending as a right to murder someone... Them literally coming up to him, spraying him, tackling him, disarming him, and then murdering him. The radical right are not living in reality.

i dont agree with your framing of the question. So you wont be getting an answer, the corrupt outlets spewing nonsensicle information on the subject are to blame and the paid groups funding and organizing the chaos. Most of the rioters are paid and a few brainwashed have followed them, the riots are NOT organic.

nobody is disputing the gun was removed before the shooting. there are reports the removed gun had a accidental discharge and thats what prompted the shooting

The NYT has no more details than anyone in PARD, they do not have any additional evidence beyond the public statements from DHS and videos
I've checked over the interwebs several times now to see if we'd get any confirmation on whether Pretti's gun was ever fired, or account of who actually shot first, and we haven't

The NYT basically just went out and said George Zimmerman shot Trayvon Martin unprovoked and out of the blue. Maybe this story will pan out to be true, but if not, they just printed libel
Its still important that I keep noting we don't know what actually happened, not yet. And NYT doesn't know either. Did the p320 misfire and cause the officers to open fire? We don't know, they don't know, but the NYT just boldly claimed the officer fired first unprovoked

FACTS, anybody with a brain knows not to get in the middle of officers and criminals being arrested. It could of all been avoided if he didnt show up to act like a foolish clown and bring a firearm.
